We are always re-evaluating the treatment plan and frequency that makes the best sense for your specific diagnosis.

Payment Information

Currently, most insurance does not pay for ketamine treatment for mood/pain disorders. We are happy to provide you with a “super bill” that you can submit to your individual insurance carrier after treatment. Most mood disorders require a set of at least 6 infusions over a 2-3 week period. Pain infusions are typically scheduled in 4-6 hour time blocks. Our scheduling requires that these appointments be booked at one time to ensure you get the best benefits from appropriate spacing of appointments. In order to hold these 2-6 hour appointments in our calendar, we require payment in full at the time of booking.
